Greetings, neighbors!

I want to introduce myself as a member of State Farm Peter Pinto's Office for the last 2 years. Prior to this, I have accumulated over 20 years of experience in Customer Service. Although originally from Chicago, I have been residing in Miami for the past 32 years. Growing up with 8 brothers and 1 sister, I have developed strong teamwork skills.

In my role as the Administrative Support Staff, I have the privilege of managing the front desk. This includes welcoming visitors, handling incoming calls, and directing customers to the appropriate team member for assistance. Meeting and understanding our customers' needs is my top priority. Outside of work, I am also a Children's Pastor. It brings me immense joy to help and minister to children at risk during my spare time.

Hello! I hail from Cuba but grew up in Miami. I've been happily married for 26 years and am blessed with two amazing children. Throughout my professional journey, I have proudly served the State Farm Insurance Company for 27 years. For the past nine years, I've had the pleasure of being a valuable member of the Peter Pinto team. I joined the Peter Pinto family in 2008 as a receptionist. I was born in New Jersey, raised in Puerto Rico, and have been living in Miami for over 43 years. I am a proud mother of three boys and a grandmother to five grandchildren. Throughout my 15 years of experience, I have become one of our highly respected Agent representatives.
